Fear of 2011 by Cherine Fahd

Fear of  2011

Fear of began as documentation of street posters in a Darlinghurst lane. The public project was undertaken through the A.R.P residency program at the end of 2011. Subsequently, several of the images were commissioned by Artbank and thus editioned. They now exist as a photographic series. This project forms one part of an ongoing work. Fear of visualises my private fears in a public space – an attempt to make humour and thus expel some irrational phobias. Part two sees me collecting the fears of others in a project called Everyday Fears. To particpate fill out an anonymous survey  http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NX7X7B7
